# HyperGSC MCP tools reference

> Find HyperGSC tools for Google Search Console analytics, URL inspection, sitemaps, SEO diagnostics, keyword research, competitors, and saved reports.

This directory groups the main tools by task. Call `get_capabilities` and read the current schemas from `tools/list` before building a request.

Availability depends on the account's plan, scopes, enabled properties, remaining quota, and provider configuration.

## Competitor and provider research

Tools include `keyword_research`, `serp_lookup`, `competitor_keyword_gap`, `competitor_domain_overview`, `competitor_top_pages`, `backlink_gap`, `referring_domains`, `backlink_summary`, and `backlink_lookup`.

These are provider observations or estimates. Keep them separate from your own measured Search Console data. Check the current schema, plan, and quota before each research batch.

## Diagnostics and saved results

Page and technical tools include `free_page_check`, `domain_rating`, `batch_domain_rating`, `schema_validate`, `core_web_vitals`, `pagespeed_report`, `get_seo_report`, and `technical_audit`.

Use `list_diagnostic_reports` and `get_diagnostic_report` to retrieve existing results without rerunning checks. Stored reports describe their original run.

This directory is a guide to the catalog. Runtime discovery remains the source for the exact fields, constraints, and availability of a particular tool.
